Admission Procedure

Age Criteria:
Nursery- child should be 3+ on 30th June, of the year in which the admission is sought.
Orange Junior- child should be 4+ on 30th June, of the year in admission is sought.
Orange Senior –child should be 5+ on 30th June, of the year in which the admission is sought, and so on.
Class 1-child should be 6+ on 30th June, of the year in which the admission is sought, and so on.
A student who is seeking admission to the school is registered only after the completed registration form is submitted to the school.

Based on the student’s performance & other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit students who are found fit for admission. In all matters related to admissions, the principal & management’s decisions are final.

Pupils who have attended another school cannot be admitted until a transfer certificate from the earlier school is produced.

A student who is admitted to the school & all admission formalities are complete, is only refunded the caution fee if he or she wants to withdraw from the school.
Withdrawal notice must be given within 30 days of last date of just completed term.
No refund of fee for withdrawal during term.
If withdrawal is due to medical grounds acceptable, 25% of fees will be refunded if absence is for half term or longer.


Those who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June.
Transfer certificate is not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
Unsatisfactory progress in academics.
Detention or repeated detention in the class.
A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his /her studies in the school especially if he/she is below average in the class.

Admission Rules

All applications for admissions must be made on prescribed form along with a non-refundable amount.
The applications must be submitted not later than the date mentioned in the prospectus.
Students who have been promoted above Class I are eligible for admission on submission of Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (TC) from the previous School duly signed by the appropriate authority and the marks sheet. TC, if not submitted at the time of joining, is to be submitted within 30 days of joining, failing which the student is liable for removal from the School.
The Management of the School reserve the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
Fees once deposited will not be refunded even if the student prefers not to continue or withdraws himself at any time during the session.
